Valerian Root has been used in the treatment of occasional nervous excitement and disturbances of sleep, when associated with anxiety. It has also been used as a sleep-promoting herb.

Valerian root, valued medicinally since ancient Greek times, contains unstable esters called valepotriates, pungent essential oils, sequiterpenes and glycoside.

Ingredients:
Each capsule contains:
Valerian Herbal Extract 200mg (root) (Valeriana officinalis L.) Standardized to provide 2mg valerenic acid
Valerian (root) (non-standardized) 100mg
Other Ingredients: cellulose, vegetable stearate.

Recommended Use:
Adults: As a dietary supplement, adults take 1 capsule daily at bedtime or between meals, repeated as needed, or as advised by your healthcare professional. If digestive irritation occurs, take with meals.

Warning:
