Each tablet contains:
Folate* (as folic acid, L-5-methyl tetrahydrofolate**, and 5-formyl tetrahydrofolate) 400 mcg
Vitamin B12 (as cyanocobalamin) 250 mcg
St. Johns Wort Aerial Parts (Hypericum perforatum) [standardized to 0.3% (1.35 mg) hypericins] 450 mg
Other Ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, silica, stearic acid, magnesium stearate, and coating (deionized water, microcrystalline cellulose, polyethelene glycol, and carrageenan).
Formulated to Exclude: wheat, gluten, yeast, soy, animal or dairy products, nuts, tree nuts, fish, crustacean shellfish, or artificial colors, sweeteners or preservatives.

Recommended Use:
Adults: One tablet twice daily between meals or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Warning:
