Codonopsis (dang shen) and white atractylodes (bai zhu) combined support tonifying the spleen qi, lung qi, drying dampness, and facilitating the transporting function of the spleen*. Poria (fu ling) help support the leaching out of dampness*. Baked licorice (zhi gan cao) supports tonifying the spleen while harmonizing the middle burner (stomach/spleen)*.

Two additional herbs address phlegm: pinellia (ban xia) and citrus (chen pi) are drying and are able to support transforming phlegm*. Since the formula tends to be cloying, vladimiria souliei (mu xiang) and cardamon (sha ren) have been added to support dispersing stagnation in the stomach, facilitating the absorption of the formula*.

Recommended Use:
Adults: Take 3 tablets 2 to 3 times per day between meals or as recommended by a healthcare professional.

Warning:
This product is not intended for use by pregnant women. Keep out of the reach of children. The formula is warming and is thus appropriate for deficient cold type conditions. Yellow or green phlegm indicates heat, a presentation that is NOT appropriate for this formula
