Free Shipping

All domestic orders (contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands) qualify for free shipping with no minimum order size. If your order qualifies 'Free shipping' will be automatically set as your shipping option at checkout. We will ship your package out using the shipping method that is most economical for us based on your shipping address and your shipment weight.

Free Shipping includes tracking information, but does not include signature required request. If you live in an apartment building or suspect area and prefer to sign for your packages, include a note in the special order instructions box at checkout and we will add the $2 Signature Required Fee to your order.

Expedited shipping is available for a fee via USPS Express Mail, FedEx or UPS. Orders placed by 12:00 noon CST usually ship same day, Monday through Friday. Shipments do not go out on Saturday or Sunday. If an item is out of stock and will not ship within 3 business days, you will be notified via email.

Handling Charges - Orders that qualify for free shipping may still incur a nominal handling fee under the following conditions:
Nutri-West products purchase - Nutri-West prohibits free shipping of their products. A 50 cent handling fee is added under 'shipping' at checkout for each Nutri-West product code.

Temperature Sensitive Items

Temperature Sensitive Items - We ship temperature sensitive items on Mondays and Tuesdays, without an icepack unless one is purchased. Orders ship ground unless an expedited shipping method is purchased.

If your cart contains a refrigerated item, you will be presented the option to purchase an Ice Pack at checkout. Be advised that Ice Packs will ALWAYS melt during transit, especially during summer months. Ice Packs will only provide a few hours of protection in extreme heat. Temperature sensitive items may safely stay UNOPENED unrefrigerated for a period of time of up to 2 weeks without being affected.

We do not accept returns on or give credit for items (refrigerated or not) that are received warm. If you want assurance that your shipment will be affected as little as possible by the summer heat, please select an expedited shipping method at checkout.

Heavy Items

At our discretion we may impose an 8 lb weight limit on free shipments. If your shipment exceeds 8 lbs. and we elect to impose a shipping charge, we will contact you prior to finalization of your order.

If a product is subject to an additional handling charge you will find a brief description of the charge displayed at the top of that product's web page.

International Shipping

International shipping costs are calculated in U.S. currency based on estimated shipment weight and destination. Shipping costs for orders placed on the website are fairly accurate, but there are times when those estimates are incorrect. If we need to adjust shipping charges for your order we will contact you to authorize those additional shipping charges.
