I had no idea when I began taking this, one between meals, so I was only taking three a day, that in less than two weeks I was almost off all my pain medications for fibromyalgia, that I have been taking for 15 years - this is the only product that has helped. I highly recommend it. I did not have to wean myself off them, I had no side effects from going off them either - it was quite painless. Doing some research on protease, I see that it reduces inflamation in the body - makes sense to me. Fran |
