Calcium is important and more than 99 percent of the calcium in our bodies is found in the bones and teeth. But calcium alone is not enough. The body needs vitamin D to utilize calcium and phosphorus properly for building strong bones and teeth.*

Magnesium activates enzymes that help form new calcium crystals. Vitamin K aids the production of osteocalcin, the supporting structure on which calcium crystallizes in bone.* Manganese is needed for bone mineralization and connective tissue synthesis.*
