3. FOOT SOAK. As a added to a foot soak, Ocean Minerals provides many of the same benefits as a full tub bath.

Ingredients:
Cold filtered, condensed ocean water (magnesium chloride, and other naturally occurring trace minerals present in ocean water). 1 fl. Oz. contains approximately 21 grams of magnesium chloride.

Recommended Use:
Rub gently into the skin in concentrated form. Dilute with half water if irritation occurs. Or pour 6 or more ounces into warm bath (or foot soak), and soak for 30 or more minutes.
