Undenatured, instantized whey protein isolate (WPI), unprocessed whole colostrum fortified with proline rich polypeptides (PRPs), Inulite (inulin from chicory root, stevia leaf - stevia rebaudiana), natural flavors, silica, xanthin gum, soy lecithin, lactase enzyme, reduced glutathione, NanoSorb (phospholipids and lipid esters), organic l-selenomethionine.

Instructions:
Add one scoop of NanoProPRP powder to 4-6 ounces of ice cold water, juice, or milk (dairy, soy, rice or almond) and shake well or stir briskly. No not use prolonged blending which may denature the delicate peptides in NanoProPRP. NanoProPRP was designed to go well with NanoGreens10. Mix a scoop of each in 12 or more ounces of pure, ice cold water, juice, or milk (dairy, soy, rice or almond) as above to taste and enjoy.

It is not generally recommended to take additional enzymes when enjoying NanoProPRP in order to not denature the bioactive peptides.

Important Note:
Each serving of NanoProPRP contains 2 grams of inulin, a soluble fiber. Soluble fiber has several health supporting properties. One such property is that soluble fiber is food for the healthy microorganisms in our colon. These friendly micro-organisms, called probiotics, ferment the soluble fiber for energy. For those few of you who do not have an optimal amount of the right natural inhabitants, the result can be gas and related cramping. The good news is that inulin also supports the growth of the right probiotics, that is why it is called a prebiotic. Therefore usually this un-welcomed side effect is temporary. The best solution is to stop for a day or two until things return to normal. Then start again with 1/4 scoop. If this amount is well accepted, increase by 1/4 scoop every several days. Most people will find they can work up to a full scoop within 2 weeks.

Lactose intolerance, the inability to digest milk sugar, should not be a problem, except in the rarest of cases, as NanoPro contains less than 1 percentage lactose and we have added lactose digesting enzymes just to be sure.

Smoothie Recipes:
It is recommended that you use an electric hand mixer or regular blender for making smoothies.

Yogurt Smoothie:

12 oz. organic plain or vanilla whole milk yogurt

Fresh or frozen fruit – as much as you like (add 3 or 4 ice cubes if you use fresh fruit)

1 scoop NanoGreens10

1 scoop NanoProPRP

Directions: Blend everything together but the NanoProPRP. Once you have a creamy texture, add the NanoPro and blend a little more.

Fruit & Flax Smoothie:

1 scoop NanoGreens10

1 scoop NanoPro

Fresh or frozen fruit – as much as you like (add 3 to 4 ice cubes if fruit is fresh)

1 cup almond, soy, coconut or whole milk

1 scoop organic flax

Directions: Blend fruit and/or berries, milk and flax until smooth, then add NanoGreens10 and NanoPro-Prp.
