Recommended Use:
Adults: Add 1 heaping teaspoon of Muscle Aid (5 gm.) to 100-200 ml. (one half to three quarters cup) of water/juice or to any food, twice daily or as directed by your health care practitioner.

Warning:
Single doses of magnesium greater than 1000 mg may cause diarrhea. Use with caution in renal impairment disease due to potassium content. Please consult with your health care practitioner before taking this product.
