Each capsule contains:
Vitamin C (as ascorbyl palmitate) 5mg
Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine HCL) 10mg
L-Cysteine (as 650mg of L-Cysteine HCL) 500mg
Other Ingredients: vegetarian cellulose capsule.

Recommended Use:
Adults: One to two (1-2) capsules daily as a dietary supplement, or as directed by a Doctor.
