International Shipping

International shipping costs are calculated in U.S. currency based on estimated shipment weight and destination. Shipping costs for orders placed on the website are fairly accurate, but there are times when those estimates are incorrect. If we need to adjust shipping charges for your order we will contact you to authorize those additional shipping charges.

Sorry - our free shipping policy does not apply to international orders.

You may purchase any of the following shipping methods for your package.

First Class International Mail limitations:

  • Weight limit - 4 lbs.
  • Insurance - not available
  • Tracking - not available
  • Average delivery - time is 3-4 weeks; may be up to 6 weeks due to customs issues
  • First Class International shipments ARE NOT TRACKABLE and cannot be insured. WE CANNOT REPLACE First Class International shipments that are lost in transit or held up indefinitely in customs.

    Priority Mail International

  • Weight limit: 70 lbs.
  • Insurance: available for additional fee
  • Tracking: limited tracking through customs; delivery confirmation is standard
  • Average delivery - time is 6-10 business days
  • UPS Worldwide

  • Not available for all countries/territories
  • Express: generally 1-3 business days; delivery by 9 a.m.
  • Saver: generally 1-3 business days; delivery by end of day
  • Expedited: generally 2-5 business days; delivery by end of day
  • Insurance: available for additional fee
  • Tracking: limited tracking through customs; delivery confirmation is standard
  • Additional customs brokerage fees are separate and determined by UPS

    We ask that you please be aware of local custom and importation laws: any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office or tax authority for information specific to your situation.

    Importer of Record: When you order from naturalhealthyconcepts.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Before you place your order, please be sure of your local customs laws concerning the shipment of dietary supplements. We cannot be held responsible or accountable for any taxes, duties, tariffs, quarantine fees, or package warehousing fees assessed by your local customs office.

    Customs Returns: If an item is returned to us due to a customs related issue, you may be billed a 20% restocking fee. In addition, your credit card will be charged for any extra shipping costs incurred by naturalhealthyconcepts.com to retrieve your package.

    Customs Returns /Credits: If your package is returned to us because of customs issues you will be credited as above, for the merchandise if the package is returned to us in saleable condition.

    ***03/15/12 Canadian customs does not allow us to ship hCG into Canada.

    Pure Encapsulations & Premier Research Labs prohibit the sale of their products internationally.

    FRANCE: Residents of France are encouraged to purchase insurance, as it's been our experience that this postal service has the highest loss rate of any country we regularly deal with. Even purchasing insurance doesn't always offer protection as the French postal service often refuses to acknowledge a package has gone missing, even when it's gone missing for eight or more months. Since French officials won't acknowledge a package is missing, an insurance claim can't be processed. Thus, we can’t guarantee packages to France will actually arrive if sent via the postal service. UPS will guarantee the package’s arrival, so you may want to select UPS or FedEx as your shipper of choice. No refunds on lost shipments.

    INDIA: The USPS does not accept packages addressed to post office boxes in Draw, Kargil, and Leh in the state of Kashmir between November 1 and May 31.

    SPAIN: We only ship to Spain via USPS as dietary supplements via UPS or FedEx are denied in customs and they assess a large fee to have them returned.
