Please read the SHIPPING POLICY AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE very carefully. The CUSTOMER AGREES to be bound by this AGREEMENT and accepts its terms and conditions.

Shipping and Freight Policy
Shipping and handling charges are as shown on the order form. Orders above $50 receive free shipping in the continental U.S. There are some products (heavy or require refrigeration) which have a separate handling charge. Those products are labeled as such in the product description and will incur a small shipping fee at checkout regardless if the order exceeds $50 for free shipping. At our discretion, we may impose a 10 lb weight limit on free shipments. If your shipment exceeds 10 lbs. and we elect to impose a shipping charge, we will contact you prior to shipping and charging the shipping charge.

While the customer may select UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail, when the shipment is at our expense, we may choose one or the other depending on our cost. However, if you require a package be shipped UPS for example and absolutely do not want it to be shipped USPS, please make a note to that effect in the SPECIAL ORDER instructions box at checkout. We will honor that. Be advised however we may charge you the difference in shipping cost.

For the Customer's protection, we may question shipments and require verification for shipments going to an address other than the verified billing address of the Customer's credit card.

Shipping Schedule: Orders placed by 12 Noon CST usually ship same day, Monday through Friday. Shipments do not go out on Saturday or Sunday. If an item is out of stock and will not ship within 3 business days you will be notified via separate email or within an email notification of a partial order shipment. When choosing 2nd Day or Next Day Air, be aware we will try to process your order if it is placed after 12 Noon CST. If you place your order after 12 Noon CST and select Next Day or 2nd Day Air, you may wish to contact us at 920-886-7500 to see if it will ship that day.

National holidays and weekends do not count as business days. Naturalhealthyconcepts.com is closed on the following 2007-2008 Holidays: Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Friday after Thanksgiving at 12 Noon, December 14th at 12 Noon, Christmas Eve at 12 Noon, Christmas Day, New Years Eve Day at 12 Noon, New Years Day, Good Friday at 12 Noon, Memorial Day, July 4th. Please note that UPS will not pick up or deliver on the day after Thanksgiving and New Years Eve Day except for air shipments - these are considered holidays for UPS (in addition to Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years). There is an extra fee for Saturday UPS delivery - about $10. If you require Saturday delivery, you must contact us by phone and authorize the charge.

Return Policy
All sales are final on discontinued and expired products. We accept returns of unopened, unrefrigerated items within 30 days of sales receipt. You must contact us at info@naturalhealthyconcepts.com prior to returning an item. We will credit your card for the purchase price less shipping charges and a restocking fee of 10%.   Any refused or cancelled order that has shipped, is subject to a 10% restocking/cancellation fee, plus actual shipping fees and/or return shipping fees.  

Check payment policy
Naturalhealthyconcepts.com does NOT accept checks or money orders for internet orders. If you wish to pay by check, you may download our order form and mail it along with your check to the address on the form. We will process your order when your check clears.

Important Information About This Legal Contract
This Sale Agreement is a legal contract between the Customer and Naturalhealthyconcepts.com. The Customer accepts this Sale Agreement by making a purchase, placing an order, or otherwise shopping on the Site. (References to "you" or "your" shall relate to the Customer; references to "Naturalhealthyconcepts.com" shall relate to Naturalhealthyconcepts.com.) The terms and conditions of this Sale Agreement are subject to change without prior notice, except that the terms and conditions posted on the Site at the time the Customer initially places or modifies an order will govern the order in question.

This Sale Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Customer and Naturalhealthyconcepts.com relating to the purchase or sale of goods or services on the Site. The Sale Agreement may only be modified or terminated with regard to goods or services that have been purchased or sold on the Site in a writing signed by Naturalhealthyconcepts.com. Electronic records that are otherwise valid, shall be accepted under the Sale Agreement. The Customer consents to receiving electronic records, which may be provided via a web browser or e-mail application connected to the Internet; consumers may withdraw consent to receiving electronic records or have the record provided in non-electronic form by contacting Naturalhealthyconcepts.com at the address provided below.

In the event of any conflict between the terms and conditions stated on your purchase order and this Sale Agreement or any terms and conditions on our invoice, you agree that the provisions of this Sale Agreement and our invoice shall control.

Governing Law
THIS AGREEMENT AND ANY SALES HEREUNDER SHALL BE GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF WISCONSIN, WITHOUT REGARD TO CONFLICTS OF LAWS RULES. THE CUSTOMER CONSENTS TO THE JURISDICTION OF THE FEDERAL OR STATE COURTS LOCATED IN WINNEBAGO COUNTY, WI FOR PURPOSES OF ANY SUIT, ACTION OR PROCEEDING ARISING OUT OF THIS SALE AGREEMENT.

Title; Risk of Loss
Title to goods herein being purchased is retained by the seller until goods are paid for by the purchaser and at that time title passes to the purchaser. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by Naturalhealthyconcepts.com is Naturalhealthyconcepts.com's responsibility. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by Customer is Customer's responsibility.

THIS DISCLAIMER BY Naturalhealthyconcepts.com IN NO WAY AFFECTS THE TERMS OF THE MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY, IF ANY.
