HEALTH NUTRITION AND WELLNESS: We use an extensive questionnaire and sometimes testing methods to reveal areas of stress and imbalances in the body. Testing methods may include contact reflex analysis as well as saliva, urine, hair and blood analysis. It is highly recommended to check hormone levels with saliva testing before starting hormone therapy (including transdermal creams) as symptoms for deficiency/elevated levels of progesterone and estrogen are very similar. It is possible to take too much progesterone. While we make recommendations for testing, it is always the clients decision.
