1. Does insurance cover your services?
   Some insurances cover nutrition counseling services however you will need to verify coverage with your insurance provider. Service may also be reimbursable through your HSA or cafeteria plan. Lab work may be covered under your insurance.  We make an attempt to respect each individual's budget when recommending nutritional supplements and utilizing testing services.  We accept personal checks, credit cards and cash.
2. How much is your consultation fee? A first-time, hour and a half consultation is $80. Follow-up consultations are $60 per hour and $30 per half-hour.
3. How often do I need to see a nutritionist? We make recommendations on an individual basis, but ultimately it is up to you.
4. How do I get to your office? Our office is located at 1620 Appleton Rd in Menasha. Take the Appleton Rd exit off of Hwy 441. Turn right on Appleton Rd and Natural Healthy Concepts is located in the Shopko Plaza on the right side of Appleton Rd.
