Each tablet contains:
Vitamin C (as ascorbic acid) 100 mg
Turmeric Rhizome (Curcuma longa) 450 mg
Lemon Bioflavonoid Complex [standardized to 50% (125 mg) total bioflavonoids] 250 mg
Ginger Rhizome (Zingiber officinale) 150 mg
Other Ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, cellulose, calcium silicate, silica, croscarmellose sodium and coating (deionized water, microcrystalline cellulose, polyethelene glycol, and carrageenan).
Formulated to Exclude: wheat, gluten, yeast, soy, animal or dairy products, nuts, tree nuts, fish, crustacean shellfish or artificial colors, sweeteners or preservatives.

Recommended Use:
Adults: One tablet per hour for one to two days, then two tablets before meals as needed or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
