How to Order

We want your on line order experience to be safe, fast, and pleasant. We make ordering easy with multiple ways to navigate the website to find what you're looking for. You can shop by:
  • Search method - type what you are looking for in the general "Search" box which appears on the top left of every page.
  • Choose a Health Category on the left navigation panel or one of the category images on the home page.
  • Choose a brand - Click on the + sign to the right of "Shop by Brand" and click on the brand you are looking for.
  • You can also click on the Alpha Letter near the top of the website to select from a brand, health concern or product type. The Alpha Search is featured on every page making shopping quick and easy!

If you prefer not to place an order online, you may place your order over the phone by calling toll-free at-1-866-505-7501 and speaking with a customer care representative during business hours. You may also download and complete an Order Form online. Be sure to include your payment information on the form before faxing.

Order Tracking

You will receive an automatically-generated email confirmation of your order after completing your order online. Orders usually ship within 24-48 hours as stated in our Shipping Policy.

You can also login in to your account and click on the order status button at the top of the website to view tracking information for your order.

Out of Stocks/Backorders:

This website does not list out of stocks. We receive most manufacturer shipments within a day or two, due to our central location. If your order will not ship within 48 business hours we will notify you via email.

If an item is on manufacturer backorder and the manufacturer advises of an expected ship date, we prefer to list that information at the top of the product and brand page. This provides more information rather than it is just "out of stock".

When you order contains an out of stock or backorder, you are notified via email within 24 business hours with an expected ship date if there is one. Customers are advised they may cancel their order if they choose not to wait.

If the manufacturer has let us know the item is on manufacturer backorder, we usually ship a partial order when the other items in the order are in stock. The exceptions to this are orders containing strictly beauty aids and international orders. Your credit card is only charged for the items that ship, at the time they ship. Your credit card is NOT charged for any backordered items until they ship. If there are two shipments at our discretion, there is no shipping charge for the second shipment.

Problem with your order?:

Once you receive the email confirmation that your order has shipped, please keep an eye out for its arrival. In the unlikely event your package does not arrive, please contact us immediately if tracking information indicates it was delivered but you have not received it. We cannot guarantee replacement if we are not contacted promptly.

In the rare event there is an error in your order, please contact us promptly at 866-505-7501 so that we may resolve the issue and send a replacement if necessary.
