Iodoral - iodine supplement

Taking Armour thyroid med and have been told to take Iodoral as well. I tend to have high pot***ium counts and am concerned about taking Iodoral which to the best of my knowledge also contains pot***ium.
Anyone with knowledge of this product please respond.
