I've noticed that quite afew of you were interested in the Balancing Mind and Body article I posted recently and I thought that some information on meditation would be helpful. If you are new to mediation or not, guided meditation is a great way to practice. The following is the website for the University of Vermont's Mindfullness Practice Center which contains MP3's for download on all kinds of different guided meditation!
