Default Hummus

1 cup almonds soaked 12-48 hrs
1/2-3/4 cup water as needed
3/4 cup sesame seeds soaked 6-8 hrs
3 tbl fresh lemon juice
1 tbl cold-pressed olive oil
1 1/2 tea ground cumin
3/4 tea celtic salt
1-2 garlic cloves
minced fresh parsley for garnish

Finely chop the almonds in a food processor fitted with the s blade. Slowly add 1/4 cup of water and process for 2-3 mins. until creamy. Transfer to a blender along with 1/4 cup of the remaining water, the sesame seeds, lemon juice, olive oil, cumin, salt, and garlic. Process until smooth, adding a little more of the water if needed to facilitate blending. Garnish with the parsley. And enjoy!!!
