I agree. Good health is totally about balance. IMO too many people get wrapped in the proper to way to detox and waiting for the right time to complete a detox program that they never actually get around to doing it. Yes, it is a good thing to do and it should be done but there are things you can do everyday to help the body detox. There are things mentioned in previous posts but another is to add mangosteen, noni and/or goji juice to the diet. These juices not only add incredible amounts of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, but also help the body detox.
