Folinic acid 1000mg
Folic acid 4mg
Vitamin B-12 100mcg
Vitamin B-6 10mg
Vitamin C 20mg
Other Ingredients: dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, Xylitol, L-Leucine, pyridoxine HCL, magnesium stearate, syloid.

Recommended Use:
Adults: take 1 tablet sublingually per day or as directed by your physician.
