Fasting assures that all the fiber found in Toxin Absorber can make direct contact with whatever is on the intestinal wall, bind to it, and pull it out of your body.

When you use the Colon Cleansing Kit all of your focus will be on making sure whatever has been stuck on your intestinal walls gets a chance to release and be drawn out of your body. For the BEST results, the Colon Cleansing Kit should be done over a 9 day period that includes a 5 day, liquids-only fast. Liquids-only fasting assures that Toxin Absorbers™ ability to remove old waste will not be lessened by the presence of solid food. In addition, taking Toxin Absorber every 3 hours, while awake, will maintain the optimum concentration of waste-removing herbs within your digestive tract and give you a sense of fullness thus lessening the feeling of hunger. This option is unequaled for removing old accumulated intestinal debris.*

BETTER Option:

Alternatively the Colon Cleansing Kit may be done while eating solid foods. If you choose to eat while cleansing you can control the strength of your cleanse by varying what and how much you eat. By eating less and/or easier to digest foods you will have a deeper cleanse with more old waste removal.* This scale ranges from the strongest cleanse, occasionally eating raw fruits and vegetables with a mostly liquids diet, to the mildest cleanse, frequently eating difficult to digest foods like meat, pasta, sweets, and fried foods. If you do choose to eat, taking the Colon Cleansing Kit over the more intensive 5 day period will still provide a deeper cleanse than the 30 day option.* This option is BETTER if you feel that fasting for 5 days will be too difficult for you.

The third option is to take one packet of Toxin Absorber 1 hour before bed each night for 30 days. In addition you may elect to make dietary changes as mentioned above. This product contains cape aloe, aloe vera, cascara sagrada and Chinese rhubarb. Read and follow enclosed directions carefully. Do NOT use if you have or develop diarrhea, loose stools, or abdominal pain because cape aloe, aloe vera, cascara sagrada and Chinese rhubarb may worsen these conditions and be harmful to your health. Consult your physician if you have frequent diarrhea, are taking medication, or if you have a medical condition. Do NOT use if you are pregnant or nursing. Do not exceed recommended dosage. Not for long term use. Because of the ginger root, consult your healthcare provider before using if you have gallstones, peptic ulcers or take anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs. The Licorice root has a glycyrrhizin content of less than 1 mg per capsule. Taking amounts of 100mg/day or less have been found free of adverse effects. As a precaution, those with diabetes, high blood pressure, hypokalemia, heart, kidney or liver disease, or taking heart medications, should ask their healthcare provider if this low level of glycyrrhizin in the Licorice root is safe for them to take.

Cautions for Toxin Absorber:
Taking this product without enough liquid may cause choking or constipation. Do NOT take this product if you have difficulty swallowing.
