Recommended Use:
Castor Oil Pack: Apply 1 tablespoon of Quantum Castor Oil to 1 layer of 6”x 8” Cotton Flannel. Mix 1/2 tsp. of turmeric powder or a gallbladder formula into the oil. Place the flannel pack on the target body area; apply gentle heat for 20 minutes. discard pack after each use. Recommended using several times per week.
Topical use: Massage a few drops of castor oil directly into the skin, especially wrinkles or problem areas.
Castor Paste: Mix a pinch of baking soda with 3 to 4 drops of castor oil in the palm, then massage into the affected area (i.e. feet calluses, moles, ingrown toenails, warts, etc.). You can also wrap a towel over the application for several hours.
