Recommended Use:
Castor oil packs - Apply several tablespoons of Quantum Castor Oil to three layers of Organic Cotton Flannel. Place the oil pack on the affected area (such as the abdomen); apply gentle heat for 1/2 to 1 hour several times per week. May be re-used several times.
Topical use - Massage a few drops of castor oil directly into the skin, especially wrinkles or problem areas.
Castor Paste - Mix a pinch of baking soda with 3 to 4 drops of castor oil in the palm, then massage into the affected area (i.e. feet calluses, moles, ingrown toenails, warts, etc.). You can also wrap a towel over the application for several hours.
