Each capsule contains:
Valerian root extract (standardized to contain 0.8% valerenic acids) 200mg
German chamomile flower (asteracea family) 100mg
Hops strobile 50mg
Passionflower (aerial portion) 50mg
Other Ingredients: natural vegetable capsules. This product may contain one or more of the following: calcium silicate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose and silicone dioxide.
Formulated to be free of allergens derived from: gluten, yeast, artificial colors and flavors.

Recommended Use:
Adults: As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule three times per day or 2 capsules at bed or as recommended by your healthcare professional.
