Recommended Use:
Adults or children age 4 and up: take 1 capsule, 1 to 3 times daily. For special programs, up to 12 capsules may be taken daily.

Warnings:
Ferrous Fumarate: Side Effects: May cause stomach cramps, constipation, heartburn, nausea and vomiting. This form of iron can also cause the stool to turn black, due to unabsorbed iron (very common). Inform your doctor if you develop severe stomach pains, chest pain, clammy skin, bluish-colored lips or fingernails.

Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6 years of age. The ferrous Fumarate form of iron may promote oxidation of vitamin C and accelerated neurodegeneration.
