Recommended Use:
Adults:
Bariatric Meal may be mixed with chilled water, nonfat milk, electrolyte replacement beverages, reduced calorie beverages or other liquids recommended by your healthcare practitioner.

1 month pre-op: Replace 1 meal with 3 level scoops into 12 oz. of liquid once daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

0-3 months post-op: Mix 1 level scoop into 4 oz. of liquid 6 times per day or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

3-6 months post-op: Mix 3 level scoops into 12 oz. of liquid 2 times per day or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

6 months post-op: Mix 3 level scoops into 12 oz. of liquid 1 time per day or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Warning:
This product is to be used under the direct supervision of a physician or licensed healthcare practitioner. In case of persistent nausea, vomiting, diarrhea or other symptoms, contact your physician.

Vitamin A Warning:
Excess vitamin A intake may be toxic and may increase the risk of birth defects. Pregnant women and women who may become pregnant should not exceed 5000 IU of preformed vitamin A per day.
