These Chakra pendants are made of sterling silver and enamel and approximately one half inch in diameter. Jeffrey David is the designer and was inspired by Hindu designs. These pendants are easy to use. Simply open the locket and add oil to the pad that is inside. It includes 10 pads.

Chakra 3 – Solar Plexus: The Hindu name for this the third chakras is the Manipura. It is positioned at the solar plexus, located just below the ribcage and above the naval. This Hindu design is useful for balancing the solar plexus chakra. When in balance the solar plexus chakra gives one a sense of personal power. Self confidence is in abundance and decisions are made easily. This chakra is associated with the ability to act on gut intuition.

Chakra 4 - Heart: The Hindu word for the fourth chakra is Anahata. It is positioned at the heart center of the chest. This Hindu design that is useful for balancing the heart chakra. When in balance the heart chakra gives one a sense of connection to other people. There is allowance for honest emotional expression in oneself and others. Compassion and understanding make it easy to have empathy for all living creatures.

Chakra 7 – Crown: The Hindu word for the seventh chakra is Sahasrana. It is positioned at the crown of the head. This Hindu design is useful for balancing the crown chakra. When in balance the crown chakra connects one to the Source of all life. Our senses are able to expand beyond the physical plane of existence, giving us the ability to perceive life from a higher perspective. The crown chakra lifts consciousness to a place beyond the positive-negative polarity and gives release from the judgment engendered here.
