Ingredients:
Aqua, Zechstein magnesium chloride (1 fl. Oz. contains approximately 21g of magnesium chloride)

Recommended Use:
Rub gently into the skin in concentrated form. Dilute with half water if irritation occurs. Or pour 6 or more ounces into warm bath (or foot soak) , and soak for 30 or more minutes.
