Recommended Use:
Adults:
AM: One (white) AM tablet in the morning.
PM: One (purple) PM tablet approximately 30 to 45 minutes before bedtime.It may take four to five weeks to achieve full benefits. Continue use to maintain benefits.

I just wanted someone to know that I feel these pills save my life!!!! I was having hot flashes, night sweats (the whole nine yards of menopause). My mother in Detroit, Michigan told me about these pills (some women in her church group were taking them). I went to four different vitamin stores and could not find them (I have since found a store that carries them) so she sent me four boxes, I noticed results after a couple of weeks. These pills saved my life!!!!!! Please do advertising so women can know they do have a choice other than hormone therapy which can cause other health problems. I can sleep at nite, have energy and the hot flashes are minimal when I do get them. Thank you so much for these pills!!!!!!!!!!!!!
