Acetyl-L-Carnitine is similar in form to the amino acid L-Carnitine and plays a role in the metabolism of food into energy. The acetyl group of Acetyl-L-Carnitine contributes to the production of the neurotransmitter acetylcholine, which is required for cognitive function.

Ingredients:
Each capsule contains:
Acetyl L-Carnitine 250 mg
(as Acetyl L-Carnitine Chloride)
Other Ingredients: Dicalcium Phosphate, Vegetable Cellulose, Cellulose (Plant Origin), Vegetable Magnesium Stearate, Silica. May contain Vegetable Glycerin.
Contains NO: yeast, wheat, milk or milk derivatives, lactose, sugar, preservatives, soy, artificial color, artificial flavor, sodium (less than 5 mg per serving).

Recommended Use:
Adults: take one (1) capsule four times daily, preferably between meals or follow the advice of your health care professional. As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications you take with your health care providers.
